    Mmm there cool.

Do they share alot of MK2 golf parts? Or are they interchangable?

    Or completely different?

Great cars. Got a Mk2 coupe s running about 70ish hp and its defo not much slower than my 16v golf upto 40mph. So well made too and easy to work on. Only prob is they dont go round corners due to the wierd front suspension set up and the brakes are unassisted so quite heavy.

    Cheers

    Dan

I used to have a Mk3 Gt ... it was badged as a CL but made in Spain with a GT engine in it. I used to love the understeer on it  I bought it from my girlfriend, it was lowered 40mm, had a modded grill and eyebrows. But the poor old thing was starting to have it's day and the bodywork was becoming a nightmare [:^(] So i bought the car I always wanted .... a nice VR6  But I do miss the old Polo. I should have kept it actually, stripped it, sorted the bodywork, resprayed it then put all new parts in. But no room to have 2 cars [8(] Damn.
