Shiny but otherwise utter crap :)

I like the bit where they claim to have enlarged it by "up to 30%" yet it still fits in the same diameter rubber boots as the original

i think that it can be larger and allso fit to the same diameter rubber
boots... because you alter the thickness of the sidewalls!!!

Changes the induction note a little but TBH spend your sheckles on summat else. Cut and welded rather than mandrel bent... Shocking if you ask me.

By 30%? Pull the other one, it has got bells on.

The sidewalls of the plastic part would have to be about an inch thick for you to be able to gain 30% by thinning them while keeping the same OD.

Buy it if you want shiny bits in your engine bay, but don't expect any kind of hp gains at all, there's none to be had from this part.

i KNOW that it is impossible to gain 30%... i simply told
that it is possible to increase the volume of the tube and fit to the
    same diameter rubber
    boots...

all you will gain from this is paint rubbing off of your suspension turret where it can clash,, ;) and a corresponding rub mark on your cam belt cover too,, [:s]

it's just a waste of time, like aftermarket airfilters, ecotek valves, and supersparkblaster plugleads

    don't don't don't believe the hype

this part is a total waste of time, i'm gonna bin mine, just had my jetta on Awesome's rollers, and Jim's first comment on opening the bonnet, 'get rid of that, they just ruin the rubber housings, and cause airleaks' so its going.

you can make a perfectly good Power Rohr type affair using SPT instead of flash tubing.
