just had an **** of a job with the wiring on my golf after a permanent +ve decided to short out at 2am in the middle of no where!!highly recomend a power probe,really helpful for checking earths etc without having to strip wires and just pushing it into the switch block.had a thought tho,do they have any inbuilt protection to stop you putting a current down the wrong place? http://www.powerprobe.com/
