same belt as normal, but there are 2 lengths available depending on age, might as well get the alt belt while there I guess? AVS show the right belts for the corrado, doesnt show ac for mk2 16v for soem reason. all the same belts for corrado anyway:

the way to tell if you have early or late is if the pas belt goes straight to crank pulley (late) or also goes to the waterpump pulley (early)

Okay, update on this. Noticed that the pas belt appears the longer one (goes round some double pulley arrangement on the water pump). Odd as the car is August 1991 reg’d. Anyone whilst looking at the adjustment I think there’s a few bits missing IMG_5468.jpeg IMG_5469.jpeg

This an 8v PB, may not be the same for your KR... Are you missing a tension adjuster?

Yes! That’s what’s missing. Now where can I get one of those?

That one came from VWHeritage a few years back, part #035-145-541, but not in stock at the moment. Touch pricey, specially as you've to supply your own bolt!

Got the eye bolt and adjuster bolt for £22 delivered. Replated zinc. Not cheap but at least I got one. Not easy to get without having to pay for the bracket as well
