Evening boys and girls. throttle cable sticky on my mk2 gti 8v and car was bucking and jerking. so i replace thinking it would be a piece of urine. got it on but there is slack cable on the throttle valve control. this means that the accelerator pedal is now a few inches lower than it should be. any ideas? is all throttle cable the same for all mark 2's from 1983 onwards or would they be different lengths? please help
