PS3 has lost Iplayer and the like?

I had that when i first installed it but since then it's opened fine...the one other time i loaded it.

 

Only problem I have is closing iplayer when its done. Have to hold the ps button on the controller, just pressing it gives a 'no entry' sign at the top of the screen.

 

Oh yeah I had that aswell, i couldnt get out of the bloody thing!
