got rid of COD4, wasn't any good at it, now mainly playing WAW much better at that, even better that I now have a headset.

Also eventaully figured out how to have matches with friends on any of the battles without the servers going down, or saying match errors.

Yeah, do tell...

 

When you first click on play online, and you get the find a match screen, you then invite whoever friends are online, they will then be in your team as it were, before you find a match.

You then find a match, whoever is invited just waits, for you to find a game, the only game you can't play is free for all. I did it this way the other day with some guys from my work, and it worked every time with 4 of us in the same team.

Hope this makes sense.

what me and Stu, and well, most people are struggling on is the part where you invite someone into your party, it hardly works with some people, I thought you had that problem as well jetta!?

 

I was always inviting people into the match, and getting nowhere.

I now invite people before I even select a match, it works every time. Once the they are in your party, you then select the match, it has worked every time for me.

 

is the problem everyone else is having, we've never had problems actually getting a game once you're in a party, like I say, starting a party first is how you're meant to do it.

 

Ah I wasn't doing it like that, but now I'm doing it this way, it's working every time.

 

so you have no issues at all with people joining your party?!

no "server is full", "server error" or it just plain not working.

me and Stu tried the other day and couldn't get a game, a few others I try with can never join my party, and Trev has constant problems joining parties etc............

 

I think it may be due to the amount of people playing or due to the updates they did?

Nope so far it's worked all the time, just don't select a match until you've invited your friends, and they are in your party.

Next time I'm on, and your on I'll give it a try.
