no...apart from maybe really early ones (not at all sure about this though, but def not most mkIII ones)
When people fit VR6 engines in MK2 golfs, they often mention fitting the MK3 "plus" suspension. AFAIK, this includes MK3 wisjbones. They are probably fitted along with the MK3 subframe as well. But I don't know about the wishbones on their own.
phatty has some mk3 tdi ones i think on his the Mk3 gti stuff is pretty different, but much stronger with big cvs etc good idea if you have a lot of power
