    Jesus Henry Christ
    - thought it was going to be cack, but it was OK. 6 hail marys out of 10
Suckerpunch - took a while to get into it, but the story is actually quite clever. 7 blondes out of 10
Sherlock Holmes (new one) - loved this... period is not my kinda thing but it worked for me, better than the first one for sure. 7/10

Theres more to come once my brain gets into it... back in a bit :p

Safe House - really enjoyed the movie, some edge of the seat stuff and unexpected twists.

Sherlock Holmes 2 - big fan of the first. This one's still worth a excellent 8/10 but not as good as the first.

Watchmen - real marmite movie. Saw it a couple of years ago and thought it was great, watched it again recently and was blown away again. Being a touch geeky and a massive Alan Moore fan I was dubious at first but it's just fantastic. Mostly faithful to the Graphic Novel and some inspired performances. The crazy amounts of gratuitous violence and (especially if youve never read the book) the vaguely impenatrable storyline may put some off though. 9.5/10

I think most people know the background to this film. Bane strangely sounds like Patrick Stewart! It is a long film which starts slow and then gathers pace. Special effects are good as is the story and it finishes the triology off nicely. Anne Hathaway as Catwomen is well cast. I went on Saturday evening and it wasn't too busy.

Want a break from the Olympics? Then go see it - you won't be disappointed!

The Thing Movie - Prequel to the John Carpenters The Thing staring Kurt Russell.

5 out of 5 stars for me, I am a Thing Movie buff and the film was excellent.

    Prometheus

I would say 4 out of 5 stars. Not enough blood and guts as I expected, only one face hugger towards the end of movie. The alien movies hold a good reputation. Alien and Aliens both special edition is high on my favorite films ever released. All the others I don't like as much even tho Alien 3 is ok but the rest is rubbish in my opinion.

Bourne Ultimatum: a superb ending to the Bond busting trilogy. Matt Damon proves he can act when he needs to - 9 smashed bones out of 10.

The Punisher (Thomas Jane) - undoubtedly the best of the three films all showing Frank Castle beat the bum end out of the bad guys. Jane has repeatedly said he'd love to do a sequel and has even produced a 10 minute short with Ron Pearlman showing that even when he's doing his laundry The punisher is hard as fackin' nails (you tube - dirty laundry). 8 very dead gangsters

    Bourne Legacy

4th film in the series but without Matt Damon. The film starts slow and then picks up from the middle onwards. Lots of nods to the first 3 and the action is very good although there is not a lot of hand to hand combat as in the previous films. Worth viewing if you enjoyed the first 3 films.

    The Expendables 2

Old skool action and Hollywood stars. Loads of guns, blood spattering and cheesy one liners.

7 action heroes out of 10.

I've seen sooooo many films lately. Unlimited viewing card at Cineworld.

Almost every film worth watching this year.

Been a great year for the cinema goers!! Plenty more to come as well. :)

Man On A Ledge - was ok to pass the time but a bit far fetched in terms of how the job is pulled off

I watched the hunger games this weekend also, I think i enjoyed it more because I had read the book and new the missing blanks, as for just a film I thought it lacked alot compare to the book

Sliding Blade (1996) by Billy Bob Thorton and it was an excellent film.
