rear disc convertion for syncro

Doe`s anyone know what parts i need 2 convert from drums 2 disc`s on the rear of my mates mk2 16v syncro golf

thought that would have already had discs on

 

NO It`s a standard syncro with a 16v corrado engine fitted

 

i'd have thought u'd need all the rallye stuff, axles and calipers and carriers and discs and pads. I think that's the only source for a rear disc conversion on a synchro but don't quote me

 

I've just bought myself a standard syncro. I will be very interested in any rear disc conversion details any one might have.
