Don't see the point in that, a Ford Capri can do RW burnouts.

Better to spend the dosh and effort producing a top class FWD Golf to sell thier business IMO

Yeah but if everyone did the same old thing time and time again, everything would get very boring very quickly.

Yes a ford capri can do burnouts. But a Mk2 Golf can't, unless you put some time effort and money into it. At least these guys have go the balls and ability to do something different that a 1.8 20vt FWD mk2 golf. HOW many of those are there about?

I agree. very gay and chavy car. the golf was designed with a front wheel drive in mind. You cant just expect to put an engine in the back and expect it to handle!

Look at the spoiler too. mmmm tasty...

How can a rwd conversion be classed as gay & chavy????

& since when does seeing a car performing a donut say if it can handle or not?

The reason they do a donut in the video is because they now can..........

yay, lets all be sheep and do the same thing. That'll be one sure fire way to make the VW scene die.

The styling my not be too my taste but who cares. Styling changes with the month and peoples opinion. Good engineering can be admired for decades.

Thast an easy question to answer........It can be classed as gay and chavvy because those that **** it off have no appriciation for the work put into it.

I guess Big Dub is Gay and chavvy for having an engine in teh boot too. And that old Orange Mk1 Vr6 turbo Mid engine RWD. And the AW Tracksport Mid engine RWD Vr6 Turbo track car. And the Golf Rallye Twin Engine VR6. All gay and chavvy. [:o)]

Well, i'd like to point out i didnt condemn their work. Im suitably impressed!

Would it actually handle round a track better than an front wheel drive with equivalent ponies though?
    Jonny.
