Hello . . . I've just purchased a Golf Mk2 1989 GTi Small bumper 8v and the rear wiper is constantly set at weird position (standard for that year etc) Anyways, My friend has a h reg 16v and his wiper sits at the bottom of the glass and wipes to the left reaches a point and returns where as mine wipes to the right to the bottom of the glass and then returns. Is there anyway i can alter the wiper motor so the Blade is sat at the bottom of the glass like on a a 16v. *If this dosent make sense, please slap me with a wet fish* Rex
I had this done down at TSR where they took a part out of the mechanism, reset the wiper then flipped over the part to make the wiper work in opposite lock.
umm could turn the Mech round and adjust the rear wiper arm. I'll look into it this weekend cheers mate
