I've subscribed to the cheap version of Napster that you can't download from or use offline. I've done some googling to see if it is possible to download or somehow record music from it & it seems it can be done but you need to download something called a "url helper" and something else that I didn't understand EDIT- other thing was a "sothink flash compiler" Is there an easier way of doing it? As usual with my posts in this section please phrase your replies as though you are speaking to somebody who has been stranded on a desert island for the last thirty years & has never seen a computer

Just take music from youtube, it's free! http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ Just search for a song on youtube and copy the whole address of it to that site and you get an mp3 of it, the sound quality could be better, but seeing as it's free...
Sound quality is the problem, I've got loads of music downloaded from Youtube but the difference in quality is annoying I end up constantly adjusting the volume.
