When i bought my golf it came with 2 remote key fobs for the Meta alarm, i think its a M99 36T. Both of them are pretty f**k3d now and i wanna get a replacement one.

I tried phoning the place that fitted the alarm from the cars history but it seems they have closed down. Tried searching the web, but nothing either...

Anyone got any ideas? Could i get a different make fob and make it work with this alarm somehow?

I had a replacement fob a few years back on a Meta alarm, simply went to the place that fitted the alarm in the first place. It's only the casing that you actually replace, so if nobody local to you does them any more, I'd have thought you could buy it mail order from Meta and swap the internals over yourself.
