retro fit comfort indicators

    Anybody know anthing about this? There's a kit available here but at 50 it seems a bit steep. Surely the whole thing can be DIYd. Anybody done it already?

    LAZY?? Please elaborate! The concept of comfort indicators lazy or the methord of retro fitting? Previously I never saw the point but have recently been on a 2.500 mile road trip in a Transit and the modern gadgets did definately show their worth. Modernf f***in vans are a nice drive. Performance aside, I'm not sure I would have wanted to do the drive in my golf! So much room in a transit and being in a van I didn't really feel gthe need to push things.

    Indicators aren't particularly entertaining, move to electrical FAQ?

    Agree. It went in here by accident. I wouldn't bother moving it - much better deleted as I wish I'd never started such a pointless thread.
