A question for the rim guru's.

Style aside, my mk2 is lowered on eibach pro kit so about 10mm lower than 16v standard.

At present I have 15x7 but was wondering will the ride be crashier on 16x8 if not lowered more?

Or would it look silly anyway and need maybe H&R springs also but would there be rubbing issues then?

    All info appreciated, thanks.

It depends on the tire profile and the spring rate.

Not sure of spring rate on H&R's or Eibach Pro's. Don't want stretched tyres so 215/40/16 for 16x8's maybe.
