two bolts either side in the engine bay just watch out for the temp thingy on edge of bumper when u pull the bumper out
if you plan to fit rocco bumpers to a mk2 no it wont work without serious modification, the mk2 has 2 bolts pointing upwards whereas the roccoo has them going in sideways. You could probably mount MK2 brackets to a rocco iron if you really wanted to, but I can't imagine it would look very good
