Anyone know what the differences between the Fabia 100 and 130 engines are? Is it just the mapping or different injectors/turbo etc?

    Ta :)

I thought it was that the 100 isn't a PD engine, and the 130 is. Might be wrong, but if I'm right then the differences are quite large. I beleive that's the system on the Golf mk4's.

They are both PD injection. The 130 gets a bigger turbo & different mapping to suit. I guess the injectors would different, but not sure.

    The 100 is 5 speed & 130 is 6 speed.

Ta, sounds like I'll be better off waiting for summat else to come along (I wasn't aware of the different gearboxes).
