I've had the road angel for over a year now, and it's been a fantastic buy!! No false alerts and the data base is well maintained (by users and the company).
Great when your driving in a strange town [:D]

I've got a RoadAngel classic, it's a handy thing, but not as good as the Origin B2 that Claire has.

Worrying thing for me that the RA didn't pick up a camera van as I came round a corner @ 80ish the other Sunday [:$]

Apparently unless they aim the gun at your windscreen the laser alert 'ball' is next to useless. [xx(]

So even with these GPS gadgets, you've still got to be alert and vigilant(e)? for the camera vans  There will be more and more vans used on our roads, esp as the nicer weather is hopefully upon us. [8D]

Snooper SR-6 neo with the radar thingy is good for the gps, the detector gets a few false alarms for kband but nothing chronic. Doesn't look as good as the RA, but I'm happy with it.

I've had the RA go off when i was coming round a bend and it picked up scatter from the laser when it was targeted on the car infront! Quick dab of the brakes and no fine!!!! [:D]

My mate got given a PDA by work for free, so i downloaded TomTom Navigator 3 free for him. Then i pointed him towards the CheckPOInt software and the free Speed Camera database. After he got his GPS receiver for 45 and a couple of cables, he has full GPS Sat Nav and GPS Speed Camera/Blackspot locator (with 30 second, and 10 second warnings) for 60.

The B2 Origin is a brilliant piece of kit, i went to Inters last year in a car with one and it was very useful.

Only disadvantage is no radar, but from previous experience with a Snooper i owned (and promptly sold) i wont be missing much.
