Nothing has come close to Soundgarden in recent years IMO, Superunknown and BadMotorFinger are essentials in anybody's music collection.

    Same here , top album

and I also recommend Audioslave, absolutely top stuff ; basically Rage Against the Machine band members with Chris Cornell from Soundgarden on vocals, awesome combination [:D]:)

I have to say I actually think they are better than Soundgarden [ /me ducks
    :p ]

Audioslave (the album) for a first album is blinding, can't wait for their second one, when they've got used to each other :)

i prefered the 1st soundgarden album (think it was called "louder than love"), little known as they werent really discovered until badmotorfinger and their tour with c.o.c.

badmotorfinger was great, in fact i'm gonna download "jesus christ pose" right now. my favs from superunknown were "my wave" and "the day i tried to live". even my dear old dad loved 'em, reminded him of the 'sabbath days of his youth
