Spark plugs for a tuned 2.0 8v?

    What do you folk suggest for my 2.0? Digi, AGG with a little extra compression, TSR head and cam, and manifold.

    With my TSR 2.1 8v, I went one heat range colder than standard - as above standard NGK was a "6" so I went for a "7". Which, quite randomly, was the standard plug for a mk1 1.6 GTI.

    Not sure if it any ran any better but it didn't run any worse. That was nearly 50% over the standard engine power though.
