Oh yes will definitely be on track, but not for another 3/4 months or so as I'm currently working in Germany.

Its going to be a dedicated track car but still road legal. My mk2 Golf will now be my daily driver.

I can't wait to get it out on track!

    Thanks Paul!

Sean, you got a real bargain there. If id have known the reserve would have been so low id have been tempted myself. Good price for a well sorted track weapon!

There is a certain public road/track out in the fatherland that im sure the Jetta would be very at home on!...

Go on fly over & drive the old girl back, be good to see a properly sorted Jetta mixing it with the local 'ring warriors Golfs! & with that much power once you have learnt the place you'll leave even Karl flagging :p

I'd love to bring the car over here, but I've already tried to bring my Golf over 8 months ago. The problem is its impossible to insure it without using a German insurance company and that means registering it in Germany, changing the plates, etc...

I'll definitely be making a trip over with the club soon though, hopefully next year.

Unfortunately I'm not going to see, nevermind drive the jetta until I've finished over here. [:^(]

I know my dad will be itching to take it out though!
