tbh, and no offence intended, but i think this type of post are abit pointless

you see them on many sites, inc here, e.g

    "mk4 spotted at junct14 of the m25"......and?.........so what!.........who cares!

even if it is another member they prob did see you - so what does it mean...nothing!

even if its an alledged rare car(subjective itself and most arent anyway!).......so what!

I think you have spent too much time reading posts on this forum.

This kit looked amazing, and I personally believe that is a very good topic of conversation for those that are interested.

i always thought that these sort of forums were for different questions about related or none related stuff and a chance for people to just have general chat about life etc

Indeed. As you can see from my post count, I haven't been around much, although I have been a member of various other forums for some time. I was unsure whether certain body kits were common place around 'clubgti' forum, but I don't know unless I ask.

I obviously don't want a huge debate, but an open discussion by fellow enthusiasts I am up for

and that would amount to...........a thread with no replies

given the chances of any one else seeing the car is very slim

why are you on the defensive anyway? (its becoming more common on here recently for some reason)

my comments refer to 'this sort of thread' and NOT this thread per se

its nothing to do as whether you're a newbie or not, as said, i notice more on other sites compared to cgti

still, on the bright side, theres much more culpable cr@p thats being posted on here these days

Maybe the point of these threads is to see if the particular person is a member? If so they can then disclose information about, in this case, the bodykit. And maybe even a picture or two?

If you don't ask, you don't get!

But anyway, I've read alot of your previous posts Seraph and wouldn't start an argument, you're like a dog with a bone ;)

like much of life.....theres no smoke without fire

besides, as i posted in another thread, the foundation of argument(in the lay sense) is bitterness, if im guilty of anything, its constructive criticism

my contribution to this particular thread is purely about me voicing my opinion and not fact, thus its as valid as the next persons...
