hi peeps ok, so heres the deal, i've got an 8v mk2 no power steering, i would like to fit it but not sure what rack i need, i want a higher ratio, my mums mk2 golf gl does have power steering but has the same ratio as mine, ive been told that a late 16v rack has a higher ratio, anyone know? well, as i've already told you. 16v racks are apparantly higher ratio than 8v ones, and rallye ones are even more (but they're LHD only).
