stud diameter, on MK2 golf

    just a quick question on stud diameter on a MK2 golf, would it be possible to fit wheels with a stud diameter of 108 to the standard mk2 hub? pls reply as urgently want to get these wheels i've seen on ebay but not soure if they'll fit?

    Categorically no way.

    Mk2s are 100 PCD

    what about the ones that say the wheels will fit 100/108pcd, how does that work??

    Never properly checked these out, but suspect that they're dual drilled, with 8 holes on the hub centre, 4 at 108 and 4 at 100, so in theory they'll be fine.

    also cant you get stud adapters like they use on the BBS RS's

    you can get BBS RS's in the normal 4x100 golf fitment
