I know this is probably a stupid question but when you split / rebuild a two piece wheel can you replace the tyre, by placing it in the wheel and rebuilding the wheel around it? I know it'd need balancing its just I need a new tyre for one of my splits and was thinking of getting it delivered from somewhere like blackcircles.com
