No idea what these are called, thingy that pulls the flap down at the front of the windscreen

vw at daybrook sq arnold got both brand new and are now in stainless steel for 24.00 hope this help you out

 

ETKA calls it a Toggle catch (fits wind deflector).Part#(left side) 443 877 681 D,Right side:443 877 682 D.
