Can anyone suggest a good upgrade for the suspension on my A4. I drive a lot on single track roads so bottoming out has been an issue.

However it is also the family car (4 of us) and it is used for holidays.

    Any ideas?

p.s. Ive got another car on Avo coilovers and they wouldnt work

S line springs and dampers, my B7 is fine on single track, I would like a little low but thats not really practicle (s line drops it 20mm anyway over SE model)

I have a A4 quattro s-line with 18's on it, and its the most uncomfortable car I have ever had - would never buy another for UK roads.

On the ring its fantastic. On a bumpy B-road, it shakes y'fillings out.

I have heard good things about S-line springs with Koni FSD's

My B7 2.0 TDi is fwd is pretty damn good, its firm but not uncomfortable like a BMW on 18s... but the tyres make a big change, run flats have mega stiff side walls so screw the ride up..

S line suspension is hard, works well on a track. Im ordering some KW's soon for my B5.

G how much did you pay for your KW's

Not exactly but did have the Pro Street Coilovers on a Mk2 ... whilst not a family car the compromise was excellent.

I had them from Philip Walker Motorsport (on here) .... give him a shout as he deals primarily with Audis
