I agree it's the only mk3 I have liked, the styling is superb though

That mk3 dose look quite good, almost like the Nissan Pulsar GT things they used to rally a few years back.

As I say looks good but I suspect my MK3 Estate may not suit the wheel arch extensions

 

The Nissan pulsar was styled on the mk3 golf hence the likeness!

I went there yesterday, it was awesome, loads of famous VWs, but also loads of other gems, like lambo and Ferrari cars and engines on display, Ford section was good too, with their top engine man willing to share all parameters and techniques from their new 1.0 3 cyl unit.

 

Have another look. Just before it is a Auto Union DKW - the same as we are restoring up in Padfield

God only knows what it will be worth when we finish it.

The A59 is very VERY interesting.

 

Pretty sure it is the show that Kamei invited Nicholas to bring their original car along to when Nicholas 1st owned the golf, i remember putting some literature/pictures together to go along with it but i don't think it came about.
