Whats that a rip off of?
I'm thinking something like one of metallica's early acoustic numbers a bit or possibly something by mr big.
It's one of those songs which you can't quite remember but you know they've taken the main riff of it and blatently copied it.

Actually I remembered where I heard the acoustic riff now.

Pantera, Cemetary Gates.

Listen to the intro of both songs, the first few bars are identical, then the pantera one gets more technical while the limp bizkit one just loops.
