    Hey guys,
    With the new chassis ,I'll be registering everything in this new thread .

    This will be a purposelessly built race car for Time attack ,HPDEs . However , i wanna keep it street legal for weekend touge mountain runs.
    I am open to all positive suggestions , opinions , advises and lots comments :)

    were i was at with the mk2 before i put it on the wall

    will post results of new suspension ..

    With this new struts /springs , new alignment with more negative camber and all the weight reduction...
    The car literally been TRANSFORMED !!!! [:D] i love the way it drives now . even with super stiff springs on the street, feels soo glued to the ground :thumbup::thumbup:

    OK Guys,
    Finally got some time to type about Road Atlanta Trackday...

    The Good news:

    Car was extremely fast , pretty lively in the rear.:thumbup:
    The new suspension felt awesome :thumbup: i think i know how to make a mk2 move really well on track now:cool::cool:

    Car was doing very well.!!
    this was all driver error:thumbdown: i let my ego get in the way of my driving . As i was still testing the car , i should never had passed that Very fast Nissan. My problem is that im fearless .. My fault! i have learned the hard way. and yes i have learned from this mistake.

    SO LOOKING BACK AT THE VIDEO.aFTER ATTENDING RACING SCHOOL AND MORE SEAT TIME , IM SURPRISED I LASTED THAT LONG ON THAT LAST LAP . WOW ,I DEFNELLY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE TO BE DRIVING THAT FAST. :( living and learning ...

    Personally I'd prefer "X" door bars for safety.
    Why did you choose a heavy 4 Dr saloon after the mk2?

    thanks man. and yeah i was just fine . bruised ego only

    I would perfer x bars as well. However... first, I would need a full blown cage to make the x bars more weight , more material. Second ,i want to drive the car on the street in on weekends and last... The cage was free ;). Why the quattro ? I wanted to try something different and its all awd !
