I have got an after market alarm fitted to my car but it doesn't work the total closure relay. I have bought the module to go with my alarm but don't know what wires to join together at the relay can anybody help.
all you need to do is increase the locking time to between 12 and 15 seconds to fully close windows and roof.
I have a Meta alarm on mine and when i close it with the windows down, they only go about half way up. Well annoying. I wounder if i can increase the locking time on mine somehow...
After doing this myself but will this burn the motors if the are driving for 12 secs when they are closed already? Or do they recognise they are closed?
no worries, the motors know when they're shut. think about it, the roof doesn't shut until the windows have.
