Turning options on

All, looking to perhaps turn on some of the hidden options on, on the Bora.
Miles to empty - full enclosure etc...
What options are available, and how do I do it?

I might be being daft, but in the post it talks about the needles, miles to empty, but I can't see anything else.
Am I missing it?

Or is there a list for the Bora, of whats available?
