pretty much standard engine, (gti cam and part exhaust)

would i gain much from wacking some 45's on ? i have the 45's and can get a fairly cheap manifold?

    not worth the effort?

Would love to try it out but wouldn't have thought much in the way of gains without gas-flowing or big-valves?

Would've thought the inlet valve size and standard (although GTI) cam would be the things preventing gains.

Also the inlet's on the back of the engine plus above the exhaust mainfold [8(]

Need a crossflow head with the inlets on the front [:D]

Be interested to find out what ppl think!

By the way LukeW has twin-Webers on his Driver (albeit modded engine) - dunno if he had them at some point when the engine was std?
