    excellent [:D]

annoys me that my three points will count on both vhicles (cos it shows i am evil and speed)

but my NCB won't (cos it shows i speed safely)

With Elephant your NCB will be counted in both policies. Not sure if you get the full discount on the second car, but certainly a significant amount.

Classic policies generally don't gain any NCB, but will "look after" what you have already.
    FJ
HIC [:x] prices are fine, customer service is pooe, well that's what I found when I insured my westie with them.

    True Sureterm mate.
They outbeat HIC by over 150.
Hic have gone right down the pan in my opinion. PAid 100 last year on the Beetle. This year they wanted 356!!

    More useful numbers:
    Brentacre 01792 650933
    HIC 08451 290290

When I had two cars, I had the Golf with Brentacre, and my toy (a quick Mini) with HIC. Paid well under 200 p.a. for the Mini with 3000 mile limit.

I'm with HIC, insuring my Mk1 driver and my Mk2. They include the no claims on both vehicles, and quoted me a really good price. I haven't finished my Mk2, but when I renewed with them for the Mk1 I ask if they could give me a quote on the Mk2 when its finished. It includes changing the 1.3 to a 1.8, twin 40 webers, 4 branch manifold and full exhaust system, coilovers, roll cage, g60 brakes, plus the other usual stuff, quoted 500. Not bad seeing as I'm 20 with 2 years NCB, plus five points for speeding. That also includes an agreed valuation of 4000.
