I'm looking to run some 13inch wheels with wide spacers up front to clear the calipers.

This means I will have some extra room to run some wide slick tyres.

What are peoples opinons in running a really wide tyre... say an 9 or 10J .. apart from the slightly increased rolling radious are there many other drawbacks in runing this setup?
I've noticed many berg cuppers run obscene widths. Surely you could get away with increased corning speeds ect?
