Can anyone recommend some good tyres for a Mk3

I bought Eagle NCT5's for mine. They are an 86v rating(which is a must) and are 205/50/15. Vary in price but, mine worked out about 55 each without VAT.

Can anyone tell me the proper PSI pressure on these? Im currently running 38psi at front and 35psi on rear.

tyre pressures are on the inside of the fuel flap.

well, the best are supposed to be goodyear eagle f1's, but then i heard loads of storys about them failing.

so i went for a known quantity...uniroyal rallye 540's, awesome in the wet, last ages, and are better than every other tyre i've ever used (better than...michelin pilot sports, any avons, yoko 539's, pirelli p6000, falkens, goodyear NCT's)

cheapest place for tyres is bracknell tyre and battery centre if you're local to it...uniroyals cost 58.69 a piece, and goodyear f1's are 63.45 each in 205/50/15.

...blimey..you must have been bouncing all over the place... ;)

i run 32 front and 30 in the rear...

the last set of front tyres i bought (v skint at the time) were campiro radial GT's...not bad for a cheap tyre (30 each)
