Here's it is....the car that has donated it's VR running gear for my conversion now has a new heart.....225bhp TT lump running on factory management.
    Currently using a Mk3 TDi box, Merc sprinter i/c, and home-made downpipe/exhaust.
Absolutely everything has been done by the owner himself.
    Here's some pics...

I'm not sure about that. If I saw a passat with a huge front mount intercooler in my mirrors, I'd know something was up!

Put a black mesh grill in front of the I/C.Make it look a bit less conspicuous. And a damn sight more surprising to the Scoobys' and Evo's of this world. ;)

    It's an ideal parts carrier/workhorse! ;)
He's planning on swapping the i/c for a Cossie one as it fits flush under the no. plate into the bumper and is already black. Also got the TT brakes to fit along with some 17" Porsche rims and a lowering kit.
Has been building it over the last 3 months but has only worked on it a couple of evenings a week and weekends.....total time estimated is about 3 weeks full time.
Using a Mk3 TDi box currently.....

Hopefully, now he'll start my VR swap! ;)

Spoke to him today as it's the first full day he's been using it in anger.........blitzed a local 'rude-boy' in his Chavalier Turbo, and even had an Audi S4 desperately trying to pull away - but it couldn't, the Passat was glued to his rear bumper! [:s] ;)

It's going for REVO remap at Stealth soon so should have some proper figures for you ....
