what would happen if i upgrade my injectors?? without doing anything else??
i have got bigger injectors .205 i think from ebay couple month back they ment to be the 110bhp 1.9tdi injectors....

    my questions are...
    would anything go wrong??
would i need to change anything else via vagcom or anything else?

    on a side note...
whats the difference between the mk3 90bhp TDi and the 110bhp 1.9TDi??

    Haven`t you asked this before...?

The difference between the 90 and 110bhp engines is just the injector size (110 has the .205 nozzles) so you`re good to go really.

The ECU on the 110 has slightly different fuel rate settings to compensate for the extra flow, so you could use VAGCOM to alter these to suit, but you don`t really have to.

one step up is fine, good mod especially if the injectors came from a lower mileage engine:thumbup:

the IQ and pump timing should be reset after fitting these. (at the very least checked)

the 110hp engines also use different big end bearings and turbo, the biggest difference are the turbo and injectors.
