Aswell as the above part, what else will I need to suit the VR6 engine?
    (Currently 1.4)
I've been told there is a difference in fuel pumps, so I bought the above VR6 suited one, but what else do I need?

    Tahnks

Ive recently changed my fuel pump and it didnt look like that. The sender for the fuel gauge attaches to the side of it as well, cant see how it would go on that one.

    Yeah...
I always thought the fuel pump was the lil stubby thing that has got light brown thing hanging off it...

I just got it from ebay...
Defo meant to be a fuel pump for a VR6..

    Not a filter is it..

It does look like a fuel pump, possibly from the later OBD2 VR6 (dont see why it would need a different pump though) or from one of the mk4 V6 variants.
Could even be an uprated fse or whalbro pump, or similar.
Another thing I cant see on it is how it would fit to the tank, the vr6 pump has slots in the bottom of it so it can twist into clips in the tank.
Ill email you out a pic of what my fuel pump looks like.

    Ah thats be great mate!
    Mbyrne338@hotmail.com

its not a OE VW part, no VW signs on it..
Im actually baffled by what it is now..
I know most fuel pumps push and twist in..

Is there no way that this cud go in my current tank replacing a 1.4 part and use the current 1.4 sender?? Something like that, having trouble trying to explain what I mean..
