V8 mk2 Golf - And you thought.......

    VR6 mk2s are front heavy :o , check this out [:D]

    A Cadillac V8 Northstar lump in a mk2

    Even though the 300bhp/296lb/ft 32 valve V8 is all alloy, It's still sitting way forward in the bay,I bet it just goes straight on in corners but you've gotta give the bloke respect for actually fitting it in there :thumbup:

    I suppose you could always fit about 4 28mm rear ARBs to try and counteract the weight [8-}]

    I bet it does go straight on at corners!

    Especially in the snow ;)

    Best bit is that it looks almost totally standard!
    Bet the handling is just a wee bit tricky though.

    Bit of a sleeper!

    I suppose thats one way of stopping the front wheels spinning in the snow!

    I was going to say that its one hell of a sleeper!!

    I love it.......in fact I'm a sucker for people who can fit things where they shouldn't go.

    I guess its the engineer in me!
