    Anyone used these?

I phoned up for a part last Saturday, they put it on one side for me and I drove 25 miles to go get it, when I got there they didnt have any but had them in stock at the warehouse and promised to post one on Monday.

Just called them today and they havent got a warehouse, they are waiting for a delivery and cant say when it will be.

Tempted to go and get my money back, especially as GSF have none in stock and expect them late August, assuming they use the same supplier.

There are a few threads on here about how crap this company is especially the goods they sell. Get a refund and shop elsewhere.

w**kers and full of poo lying c**ts :) I won't ever buy off them again!!!

    My dealing with them:

Me "These locks you sold me aren't genuine as advertised"

Them "yes they are genuine VW"

Me "No they aren't, they are poor quality and dont have any VW marks on"

Them "They are a batch from China that didn't get stamped"

Me "Yeah right, I wan't my money back"

    Them "No"

    Followed briefly by:

Argument, call to trading standards, letter to Volksbits, credit note instead of refund, got strut brace instead, that was equaly poo, sold it on ebay, don't use them again.
