Finding one for sale is nigh on impossible. Got me thinking about the 850 engine. Same in line 5 20v and 2.5 litre. Wonder if it would work and fit on vag gearbox.
Fiat coupe engine is another 5 pot option, just an integrale with one extra cylider, comes with a slippy diff too. 5 pots are very long so normally steering lock is poor

I read the volvo engine was alloy block as well. Would equal out the weight of the larger engine. Are later volvo 4 wd haldex? Was just wondering if boxes are compatible?
