VR6 Starting problem

    When im starting my vr i get a clicking noise every now and again its quite loud to!!! does anyone know if this is normal?

    When it clicks does the car continue to start? Does it stop as soon as you let go of the key?

    they all are a tad clattery when started cold for a few secs.

    yea it keeps cranking sounds like its from the area where the electric water pump is :(

    Well I dunno :lol:
    Does it happen on both cold & warm cranking? Don't really know anything about the VR6 engine so Ion't know what could be causing it. Try disconnecting the leccy water pump to see if its coming from that.
