Hey guys, im just after a bit of info if there is any out there on the 1.9 pd engine fitted in an 05 touran. The issue is that the car has been meticulously maintained with correct oil grades, and on time and the level always kept sustained, yet at 72k miles it has suffered failure of no1 big end bearing and the remaining swarf has caused turbo bearing failure, this has rendered the engine u/s. Can anybody shed any light on wether there are any known causes of this with the pd range and known concerns as such? Many thanks in advance, Chris
