He does say in the ad that is has had damage to one combustion chamber which has been welded profesionally but still requires work. And its been bead blasted.

would take a brave man to try and repair the valve seats

 

I was going to bid on this last time it was on, and do the work myself.
Now it's been welded(poor feeking job too!), I have no idea how much heat has gone in to it and would give it a wide bearth, it could be well warped for all I know.
If it's not warped it wouldn't take much to get it back.
BUT, you'll need quite a few more parts to go with it which could work out VERY costly.

 

thought ide seen it advertised before,yep finding the parts will be a nightmare
