Hello. After years of owning air cooled VW's im finally dipping my toes into the world of water cooled one's....... Now I have a family to look after, rat look bugs and campers are not exactly the safest/most practical type of vehicle to be using as a daily driver (well that was my excuse to her indoors ) So....... Iv'e been searching for a while for the right car, for years iv'e fancied a MK2 GTI but couldn't find one that hasn't been 'messed' with or nailed by a 'boy racer' then this came along..... The only plans I have at he moment is to refurb the alloys........ looking forward to exchanging knowledge, tips and banter ... cheers
Totally agree and support your stance on the standard car look. Now under the skin, that is a different matter
