Yeh like Mike said, there is plenty of downloadable music out there, and its more likely to be mixed 'traditionally'. Try mixuploads.com all genres catered for on there
very well, got a couple of his i listen to in the car... .... and back on topic, file sharing software such as Limewire is great for sharing music too Recently found some top 1hr+ Plump DJs sets, but obviously you can get anything
I cheat. I use software. However, many of the so-called mix albums you'll buy on CD are mastered in the same way - using software like Pro-Tools.
yeah. I got to admit, i like the raw sound you get when mixing on turntables, plus any cock-ups are heard
I'm putting together a "Dirtchambers" stylee compilation, made using one deck, mixer, and using Cubase as a multitrack recorder....still some way off completion though. Will get it hosted when it's done.
