Weber carb on a clipper cab

the weber screw on the cab as im setting the mixture seems to be very far out and stiff when i screw it in to get base settings before setting the co/idle

Can anyone let me know if i can remove the screw clean it maybe and how many full turns it should be until its fully in.....[:s]

erm they screw in until they stop

best screw it in fully and then out 1.5 turns ...that should be roughly right and tune it from there

i thought that, however on this one its quite stiff, only free when it seems to be out a long way.

Can you OVER screw them in or do they just stop
