    Afternoon people,
This engine has always had a bit of a noisey top end, and had always thought maybe lifter or injector.
Before the engine went in the car I did the timing belt and pump etc.
it’s slowly developed a bit of a wobble I guess.
I’ll add a video link, that hopefully will work. It’s like it’s out of balance.

Could the chain cause this? And transfer around the timing belt and pulleys.
It looks like the water pump and cam are wobbling.
The video doesn’t show how bad it is.
Does look like a oil leak from the cam seal.
But I’ve just sorted a blocked pcv valve so not sure if that’s to blame for that.
The belt kit was done about 6 years ago and done no more than 10000 miles.
It was a gates one. The timing marks all line up. The belt is tight and can just get 90 degree twist both ways.
I’m not sure what to do next other than take it to a garage. I don’t have the space/ time to open it up And look further at the moment, unless you guys can point me in a good direction.

Also thought maybe the crank pulley? I had this off and I can’t really tell if it would have failed. Are they known to fail?
The engine has done around 90,000
